However, there are limitations; edits can only be made within 15 minutes of posting, but within that timeframe, users are free to make multiple changes.
When a comment is edited, followers will see a note indicating it has been modified, but they won’t have access to the original text. This contrasts with other platforms, such as iMessage, which provides a history of changes. It’s also important to note that only the text portion of comments can be edited; any attached images will remain unchanged.
