The financial technology sector experienced unprecedented expansion during the pandemic and its immediate aftermath, yet has encountered considerable difficulties as of 2024.

Despite a deceleration in investment momentum, numerous fintech organizations continue to thrive and are actively hiring. To gauge the extent of hiring within the sector, I initiated a query for fintech firms currently expanding their workforce. Astonishingly, within just an hour, I had amassed a noteworthy collection of responses, which expanded significantly several days later. The volume and caliber of the responses were enlightening, even to someone familiar with this industry.
