Surprisingly, it designated my coworker Jagmeet Singh as a connoisseur of Canadian affairs, a topic he seldom discusses.
Additionally, Grok labeled TechCrunch editor Ram Iyer as affiliated with brunch content.
In an amusing turn, when inquiring about Hardik Pandya from the ed-tech company Unacademy, Grok confused him with the renowned Indian cricketer bearing the same name.
X concedes that Grok, being in its preliminary version 1.5, is prone to errors and advises verification of its outputs.
Even in instances where Grok delivers correct information, it seldom provides insight beyond what is observable from the user’s profile and biography.
With direct access to X’s extensive user data, Grok could have furnished more accurate and useful user insights through this feature, which evidently warrants further development.
